Week of December 14

Only 1 more week of school before winter break! Who else is ready??

On Saturday, the Band of Gold marched in the Mt. Juliet Christmas parade, and the boosters hosted a table at the WWMS parking lot during parade prep selling breakfast foods, hand warmers, and Christmas gear. We had so much fun, and people were very excited to see us. We will definitely be doing this fundraiser again next year!

Band Sponsorships

Band sponsorship forms are due by this Tuesday, December 16, either a paper version or on Givebacks. Half of sponsorships go towards your student's fees. 

Fundraiser Pickup 

Fundraiser items can be picked up in the band room on Tuesday, December 16 after school. Items must be picked up on this date and cannot be held at the school.

Andy's Frozen Custard Spirit Night

Wednesday, December 17 - ALL DAY!! Just state you are there to support the MJHS Band, and $1 of every treat sold will come to the band. Spread the news to all your neighbors! This the Andy's Frozen Custard in Mt. Juliet on N. Mt. Juliet Road.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Band Group Photo 

The band group photo has been ordered and should be available to be picked up on Thursday, December 18. Be sure that you have submitted your $20 payment to take the photo home.

CoC Video

The CoC video link downloads will be emailed out as soon as we receive them. Please be sure that you have submitted your $40 payment in order to receive the email. 

Media Day Photos

There is still time to order Media Day photos for them to arrive by Christmas! Place your orders by Thursday, December 18. Use code Bears. 50% of sales will come back to the band.

American Fundraising Group

Orders for the American Fundraising Group are due tomorrow Monday, December 8. All orders must be made online. We currently expect "ship to school" orders to arrive December 16. We will keep you updated if this date changes. ALL ORDER MUST BE PICKED UP THE DAY THEY ARRIVE.

Christmas Concert

The Holiday Spectacular Christmas Concert with the band and choir is Tuesday, December 9 at 6:30 PM.

You can purchase tickets through this link. 

We will be decorating the stage on Monday, December 8 at 5:00 PM. Please come help if you are available.

We also have some small poinsettias that we will be decorating the stage with. If you are interested in purchasing them and taking them home after concert, please let me know. They are $5 each. 

Christmas Parade 

The Mt. Juliet Christmas Parade is Saturday, December 13 at 11:00 AM. Students need to meet in the WWMS parking lot by 10:00 AM. The parade ends at Division Street this year.

The boosters is hosting a table in the WWMS parking lot to sell baked goods, hand warmers, and Christmas paraphernalia. We are looking for parent volunteers to provide some baked goods. Please consider signing up to help. 

CoC Video & Group Photo

Now that we have totals for the CoC video and group photo, we will be getting our group orders in. CoC video links will be emailed out using the address you used on the Google Form. We will let you know when the group photos arrive.

If you have not paid, please pay via Givebacks or via cash/check in Mr. Cox's office. The CoC video is $40 and the group photo is $20.
