What does that mean?
In band, we use a lot of abbreviations for events, locations, groups, etc. Particularly on the band calendar.

- BoG - Band of Gold (includes all marching band students)
- CB - Concert Band (only students in concert band)
- CoC - Contest of Champions at MTSU (biggest marching band contest of the year!)
- CPA - Concert Performance Assessment (for concert band students)
- DCI - Drum Corps International
- Guard - Guard only
- Jazz - Jazz Band
- MJW - Winter Winds only
- Percussion - Drums and front ensemble only
- SCGC - Southern Color Guard Circuit
- WDL - Winter Drum Line only
- WG - Winter Guard only
- WGI - Winter Guard International
- Winds - Everyone but guard and percussion
- WKU - Western Kentucky University
