Registration

If you have not yet registered your student for 2026 Fall Marching Band, please do so ASAP. 

Dues

The initial dues payment is past due, and the next one will be due next week. You can find the dues schedule here. Dues can be paid via Givebacks or a check made out to Mt. Juliet Band Boosters. If dues are paid in full by August 1, you can take off $250! We also offer a sibling discount. See the Parent Packet for more info.

Meals

The boosters will be serving meals to the students on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during band camp since those are full band days. Meals are $7 each and can be paid via Givebacks or a check made out to Mt. Juliet Band Boosters. Alternatively, meals can be paid in advance in a lump sum of $250.

If you indicated during registration that you are interested in being a part of the meal committee, you should be receiving an email this week. 

Peaches

The band's peaches fundraiser is in it's final week! Orders are due on Saturday, May 30. Please submit orders online and pay via 1 lump sum check made out to Mt. Juliet Band Boosters or via Givebacks by Saturday.

This fundraiser will help us purchase new bibbers for fall! If every band student sells at least 5 flats of peaches, that will go a LOOOOOOONG way towards our goal!

Parent Work Day

After dropping off your student on Saturday, stick around and help with our parent work day. Mr. Cox will create a to-do list of tasks to clean up the band room to get ready for the next band season. We need all the help we can get! Doughnuts and coffee will be provided.

Car Wash and Yard Sale

Due to the weather, our car wash and yard sale at WWMS has been postponed to June 6. Same times and place. If you are available to help for either event, please add your name to the sign up genius. We need lots of students to make the car wash a success! 

Sponsorships

Band Sponsorships are another way for the band to raise money for the fall marching season. This money goes towards competition fees, props, instructor costs, transportation, and more! Please consider reaching out to the company you work for to see if they would be willing to sponsor the band. We have multiple levels of sponsorship available. You can find our current sponsorship form here, and we have hard copies available in the band room. Sponsorship forms are due August 1.
